transfer factor does not benefit chronic fatigue

Transfer Factor

According to the American Journal of Medicine in 1993 there is insufficient reliable research on transfer factor and CFS. More research is needed on this one.... Magnesium is a proven natural medicine for CFS

Magnesium Phosphate

CFS sufferers with low Magnesium levels have shown some improvement in energy levels and pain when given supplements. Magnesium is a great mineral for muscle aches and pains as it is a muscle relaxant and helps stop spasms. Magnesium Fizz 700 MG 12 OZ is ideal as it is a fizzy drink with a huge amount of 700mg of magnesium per serve. This is the quickest way you will get magnesium into your system. I highly recommend this product.

L-carnitine helps symptoms of chronic fatigue

L-Carnitine

This amino acid is important in the production of energy so you are opening up the lines of cummunication between between your cells. There is positive evidence that L-carnitine helps CFS symptoms after 4 weeks of treatment and can be found at Pure L-Carnitine (30 Tabs) 300 mg

Neuropsychobiology 1997

CoQ10 not beneficial for chronic fatigue

Co-enzyme Q10

There is conflicting evidence for CoQ10. Some studies have seen positive results and others haven't.

antioxidants beneficial for chronic fatigue

Antioxidants

Although antioxidants do not improve the symptoms of CFS they atleast help prevent further free radical damage to your already fragile system. Antioxidants may include:

Vitamins A, C and E

Gingko Action Labs Super Gingko Biloba Plus 50 Caps

Cranberry Cranberry Extract 400 mg 60 capsules: K

Grape Grape Seed (PCO) Extract 60 Caps

Bilberry Bilberry Extract 60 Caps

Licorice does not help chronic fatigue

Licorice (Glycyrriza glabra)

There has been a few studies done on licorice because of it's blood pressure effect but there has been no positive results for the symptoms of chronic fatigue.

Journal of Human Hypertension 2001

Ginseng is no benefit to chronic fatigue

Panax Ginseng

Although ginseng has the ability to raise cortisol levels which helps deal with pain, this doesn't appear to help CFS.

Pediatric Research 2000

DHEA needs more research for CFS

DHEA Dehydroepiandrosterone

Research has consistently shown CFS sufferers to be low in this hormone which is produced in the adrenal glands. However...research has been conflicting. Some patients have reported improvements with anxiety, stress, depression, sleep and memory. Others haven't seen such marked improvement.

International Journal of Molecular Medicine 1998 Natural stimulants do not help CFS

Natural Stimulants

Herbs such as gingko, green tea, ginseng, cola and guarana have all been tried and tested for CFS with little result.

Vitamins and minerals beneficial for chronic fatigue

Vitamins and Minerals

It is suggested that a good Vitamin and Mineral complex won't help symptoms but in patients with a poor diet or compromised gastrointestinal system, it is highly recommended.

NADH is a proven natural medicine for CFS

NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydrate)

This coenzyme has only had a small amount of research but the early results are promising. 10mg/day NADH appears to improve some symptoms uncluding fatigue.

In a study done in 1999, 31% of patients responded favourabely to NADH as opposed to 8% in the placebo group. At 10mg per tablet, Dr. Birkmayer's Co-E1 NADH 10Mg is an excellent choice.

Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology 1999
